Shipping for Christmas
We at JetKids know that Christmas can be a stressful time for everyone. We strive to help you out as best as we can. As a result, we have compiled some information on shipping and order time for you to be sure your JetKids products will reach you in time for Christmas.
when to order
Our orders are processed and sent for pick-up every day before 12pm CET (3am PST). Therefore, our recommendation is to conduct your purchase on, or before Tuesday the 17th of December. Since this is the last day we are able to guarantee that your order will reach you before Christmas.
As we have a close relationship with DHL, we are able to ship worldwide with express shipping. We therefore guarantee shipping time of 2-4 business days. However, as our warehouses are located in Hong kong and the Netherlands, countries located close will have a shorter shipping time than the initial 2-4 business days. We do however take hight for extra lead time during Christmas.
Even tough we have world-wide express shipping, there are certain places we are not able to ship to. Among the places we are unable to ship too, we have North Korea and Russia. If you have a Russian address you would still be able to get a hold of the BedBox through Stokkes website.
As a consequence of our products needing to be signed for, we are also unable to ship to P.O, APO and FPO Box addresses. Please make sure you include a physical address.
